Special Offer just for you - Try Gold for free for one month

Hi. On the home screen there is a Special Offer just for you - Try Gold for free for one month, however it still requires me to pay once I select it. There's also a redeem a code option , but I don't have any code. Any help would be appreciated. Thanks

"Special offer just for you. Try gold FREE for 1 month" But everytime i click on it , it loads and gives me a error code:80190128

Free Month of Xbox Live Gold

I am getting an 'exclusive offer just for you' message on Xbox One home screen. When I open it, there is an option that says 'Try Gold Free for a Month'. When I click on the offer, it brings me to the sub section, but only gives me options for paid subs,
no free one month trials. Is this for new accounts only? I don't have an active gold membership at this time, so I thought that's why I was getting the offer.

Do you have billing information on your account? You do need billing info on your account in order to sign up for a trial. If you're still having troubles, try giving your Xbox One a full power cycle (hold down the power button for 8-10 seconds) and power it
back on. Curious to see if the ad is still available for you on the Home screen.
