Special Events - Ads not working

Discus and support Special Events - Ads not working in XBoX Games and Apps to solve the problem; I'm trying to do today's special events, but, when I hit play, an ad is supposed to come up but all I get is a white screen and nothing happens after...     Special Events - Ads not working


    I'm trying to do today's special events, but, when I hit play, an ad is supposed to come up but all I get is a white screen and nothing happens after that. Have tried five times, but can't get anywhere. Daily Challenges finally worked.

    I don't mind the ads on the dashboard, if they're specific game ads for specials or upcoming events etc.. But, when you get ads for Subaru's new car, that's just ludicrous & shouldn't be on the dashboard... Same thing goes for Garnier Hair Products... Are
    people really concerned about their hair, when they're playing @ 3am in the morning..??

    Hi, I played several Gears of War Judgment Special Event games last night and I did not receive the ribbon for the Special Event that goes towards my Medals.

    Special Events seems to be fixed. Just play at least once a day till you see the special event thing pop up. If you need the achievement, nows the time to get it!!!!! :)
