hello, I have The gears of war special edition controller and The left joystick is broken. Anyone knows if I send my controller to The microsoft support I will recive The same controller or The same model, or I will recive a random model?

Time for a shipment from Germany to France ??

Hello

I sended my white Xbox One controller to Microsoft reparation center in Frankfurt (Germany) from south France, they received it and they sended me a replacement controller on Wednesday August 1st. Today it's Thursday August 9th and
I still not received it. Please can somebody say me how much time it usualy takes to send something from Germany to south France ?

They try to send back what you send in, but they can't guarantee that you'll get a special edition back when you send a controller or console in.

Hello Cezar, in cases like this, your controller is no longer under warranty, the ideal thing would be to send it to a specialized technical assistance that can help you.

If you're in the states, the standard controllers only have a 90 day warranty. You'll have to pay for shipping to ship your controller back to the repair center and they will send out a new one. If its a custom controller, the stock on hand is limited
and if you send in a special edition controller and they are out, you'll get a standard controller back.

My favourite controller is my Special Edition Sea of Thieves controller. It looks SO good
