    I saw a promotion for 33% off renewal of xbox live for one year, if paid before expiring.(stating one year for $39.99) I took the offer, but was still charged full price... I took a picture of the promotion, and a screen shot of what was charged. It won't
    let me add either to this thread.

    Xbox live gold

    My xbox live gold expires on 8/01/2018 and currently there is an offer on xbox dashboard to renew for 33% off. When I click to renew and it takes me to page to pay it shows as full price. Wont let me sign up with 33% off.

    Question about renewing my Gold account

    OK, my Xbox Live Gold account is going to expire in a few days. I have Automatic Renewal turned off. I want to renew it, but will only do so at my previous rate of 33% off or better. When I look at My Account, it says

    Special 33% when you renew for a year? [​IMG]

    Gold – 33% off 12 Months

    so if I renew it now will I get 33% off the next year's subscription? Thanks.
