    I am very very angry so will keep this short.

    I need to speak to an actual human agent. I call customer service but they only tell me to go to the website! I cannot use the website. I must speak to a person. And the callback option says it's unavailable! I need to a person who has power
    in subscriptions. Is there a number I can call with a person?

    If you must know the issue, I accidentally redeemed my 3-month-long Xbox Live subscription card to the wrong account. I need it transferred. No other options. Transfer my subscription.

    It seems that Microsoft has completely scrapped the concept of human interaction with customer support, even though it is a vast Enterprise with many products, and many technical issues can come with each product, it seems we're stuck with the website and
