    I need to speak to someone about an xbox investigation case but this appears to be impossible, any ideas? I have tried the numbers that pop up, I am unable to request a call as apparently that service isn't available. I can not o anything involving logging
    in to an xbox account as our account has been stolen

    Desperate for help now been waiting over a week for a response, have even emailed the CEO at Reading but no reply

    Hello, go through microsoft support and make sure you have the controller registered. Once that step is done you can go through repair which will fix controller through warranty.
