    I have opened up a return for warranty on a new Xbox controller and charging kit, as 2 separate jobs. I've only received an email with 1 shipping label. I don't know if I have to put all items into one box and send it, or do I need to wait for the label when the case was open on the 13th April. Everytime i try to speak to an advisor i only get the option to speak to a gamer...

    Who can i Speak to for help ?

    If you're bot seeing the options to request a call back or chat with support, change your category/topic until you do. Billing & Subscriptions and "I don't recognize a charge" usually works for me.

    If you think someone has your account information. We recommend to
    change your password
    . You can also remove the devices after you change your password. If someone does know the information, they will not be able to sign in again. Do you have any children? They could of signed in at a friends house and forgot to remove
    the account.

    Thanks for letting us know you're having trouble in reaching our phone support! The best way to request a call back
    from a member of our support team is from the Contact Us section on the bottom of any of our support pages.

    1. Sign in at
      xbox.com.
    2. Select
      Contact Us.
    3. Choose your category. (In this case, Xbox One.)
    4. Select "No Thanks" when presented the virtual agent.
    5. Pick a topic. ( In this case, I'd go with Games & Apps -
      Backcompat catalog)
    6. Select to
      Request a call from Support.

    Those steps will get you to a real person who can assist you further. In reference to your question, the only time
    a family member in a Microsoft Family can charge the account, is if they have the parent credentials/password and the profile is set to "Ask to Buy" option on.
