    I have tried to contact customer service the number I call for the Uk cuts me off telling me to go online it send me a link I’ve been on it and I sign in then it asks for my number to call back and then I get a message saying oops something went wrong Microsoft end try again I’ve been doing this for 40 mins and still no joy I just want to speak to a human being please help

    If he purchased the Xbox Game Pass for console, he won't be able to play online. What he can do is Request a refund for that subscription and purchase the Xbox live gold instead. However, this process it can take a bit of time to get the refund back at his account( from 3 to 5 business days). If you manage to get hold of our live support, they will be able to cancel the game pass for console and provide you with the live gold.

    Sorry for the inconvenience. The fastest way to setup a call would be to do the following:

    1. Visit
    Xbox Support

    2. Select Xbox One

    3. Select Can't Connect to Xbox Live

    4. Select Request a call from support

    I truly apologize about this but we don't have the tools to get you in contact with the support. I understand that this could be very frustrating but can you please just give it another try using a different device as it might work this time. Or you could perhaps let us know about your issue so that we can find a fix for it.
