    The reason people are asking is because that doesn't work. It either sends you to an infinite loop of virtual agents that won't connect you to a live agent and there are no posted phone numbers so we can't reach someone. What is the matter with you?

    Hey Tasha,

    Sorry for the inconvenience. The fastest way to setup a call would be to do the following:

    1. Visit
    Xbox Support

    2. Select Xbox One

    3. Select Can't Connect to Xbox Live

    4. Select Request a call from support

    Speak to an agent

    If he purchased the Xbox Game Pass for console, he won't be able to play online. What he can do is Request a refund for that subscription and purchase the Xbox live gold instead. However, this process it can take a bit of time to get the refund back at his account( from 3 to 5 business days). If you manage to get hold of our live support, they will be able to cancel the game pass for console and provide you with the live gold.

    I truly apologize about this but we don't have the tools to get you in contact with the support. I understand that this could be very frustrating but can you please just give it another try using a different device as it might work this time. Or you could perhaps let us know about your issue so that we can find a fix for it.
