Spartan **** only playable by one user per purchase?

Helllo, I bought Spartan **** for my son on our Xbox360. I downloaded it to his account. Now if I want to play it myself with my gamertag, I can only play the demo and must purchase the game again. For clarity: we both have an Xbox Live Gold account, both
accounts are on the same Xbox, both accounts are adult, both accounts use the same creditcard. It seems very unfair that I should have to pay €14.99 TWICE to use an arcade game on my own Xbox, this would definitely ensure that I would only purchase games on
DVD in the future. Or is there simply a licensing thingy that can be resolved? Thanks for any explanations! Paul.

Spartan Ops question

my question is will each weeks missions be playable after the week it was released? as in week one be playable after week two gets released and so on.

 

Hardest commendation to complete?

I think the Perfection one is the hardest. That or the Crawler Sniper slayer commendation in Spartan Ops. It has the same, massive requirement as regular Crawlers, yet only 2 or 3 Crawler Snipers appear per Spartan Ops level ugh.

 

Hmm, I may have complained too soon.

It seems that I CAN play the game on the SAME Xbox that it was purchased on, just not on any other Xbox that our accounts are also used on (even if my son CAN play the game on other Xboxes).

Is that the way these arcade games are meant to work?

Yes that´s how it works.

You can play it with your son when hes logged into Xbox Live on the console you wanna play it on.

However the game will work for every account on the console it was downloaded on without the need of him being logged into Live.

If you wanna change this you would need to do a license transfer.

I'm glad I can play the game on at least one Xbox, although I would obviously prefer to use it on both.

 

Well you can play it on both.

You can play with your account on the console you originally downloaded the game from.

Your son can play it with his account on every console since his account payed for it.

If you wanna play on any other console you just need your sons account be logged in on that console and logged into Xbox Live.

OR you transfer the license to the console you wanna use.
