Spartan **** achievement don't synk

Hi,

I'm playing halo:spartan **** on my Lumia 640 and on Windows 10. My progression does sync between the two platform but achievements don't, which would allow me to get 2 two times each achievement, is that normal?

Halo Spartan **** Not Working

I purchased halo spartan **** on my xbox one and come to find out the achievements from spartan **** that are supposed to unlock halo 4 content don't because the achievement is labeled under xbox one games and not spartan ****. I tried looking for 343 industries
contact information and there was no available contact info so I turned here. I bought spartan **** for the halo 4 unlocks so I'm very disappointed. (If you don't know what I mean about unlockables Google halo 4 spartan **** codes) Thank you for your time

Hello.

If you have two controllers synk the one which works fine up 1st, and then synk the one you're having trouble with as controller 2. If no joy try synking up with a 2nd console. In this way you'll change the RF signal in the controller and then retry the
controller with your console again.

Some of the achievements will sync but not all of them. It's good that your progress is syncing which shows that everything is working.

As an example, completing the letter chapters does not pop automatically on the second platform, however you only need replay the last mission (eg A-5, B-5, etc) to unlock the achievement.

The achievement for all the medals (eg 10 kills with a weapon without taking damage, and so on) I believe is one that will automatically pop on other platforms. I believe I personally achieved this one on Windows 8, then opened the game on Windows Phone
8 and Xbox One and it popped on the title screens both times.

You're right, achievements unlocks as you said. So that's normal to have 2 achievements list for the same game, one for pc and one for phone?

 

Yes, for Windows 8 and Windows Phone 8, if the game exists on both platforms then it has one achievement list PER platform, so that's two sets of 200 Gamerscore. Often the game will sync progress and achievements between both versions, but not always.

For Windows 10, however, it is likely we will see only one shared achievement list for Windows 10 and Windows 10 Mobile as the game will essentially be the same version but optimised to run on the various platforms.
