Spamming

I just got an Xbox One and have had this account for three years and have been opted out of promo emails since the beginning. Now I get Xbox spam every few days. Very unprofessional. Your worthless settings are bullsnot. All xbox.com email is now marked
as spam. Grow up, Microsoft.

Hello I am being spammed on Xbox By the same guys who keep making new accounts every time I block communications. I don't want to change my privacy settings for who can message me because I do talk to alot of people who arent on my friend list [Removed

What can I do about this

 

All emails and newsletters are entirely optional, if you hadn't just skipped through the Terms & Conditions section you would have seen a box to unstick if you did not wish to receive any emails.

You can also unsubscribe from receiving emails, there should be a link at the bottom of every email.
