    I haven`t changed my settings and i am not cowering in fear, i simply ignore and delete spam, problem solved.

    You are getting far too angry about a few messages that can just simply be deleted.

    None of your ranting on any platform will speed up any process to stop the spammers.

    You can block via your PC.

    Go to the message you received, open their profile and simply block them from there.

    Yo can not report from there, even though the option is there, it just takes you to a support page when you try.

    Blocking IP`s will never happen.

    You might want to inform Xbox customer care, as well as the Enforcement team then.

    Vaynel- I stated that multiple times, and even included that in my post that was removed.

    My post was complained about because I mentioned the gamer tags that were created erroneously to spam ad messages. I included gamer tags as well as the offending messages so that the "Enforcement team" could know where to make phone calls, and whom to chase
    down in regards to these spam ads.

    I subsequently seem to be attacked on my posts because people aren't reading the ENTIRE post, and jumping to a conclusion that I am breaking code of conduct by naming gamer tags (Slander.)

    As they are OBVIOUS...and the fact that I was sent to the forums with instructions to post THAT VERY INFORMATION and use it as a gathering point for enforcement to have the tools to use in this matter.

    The fact that some users on here go cry "rules infraction" when they aren't reading the entire entry OR the reason for the post simply shows negligence on their part.

    Xbox's lack of support in an issue that has been here since AT LEAST January shows cowardice.

    I'm NOT changing my settings because the service I PAY for cannot provide it's end of protection.

    I just did as I was asked BY Xbox to give them the tools to deal with this matter in a more timely fashion. THEY took it down because someone cried, and didn't read the whole post.

    (THOSE that complained, and don't know the whole story are the cowards.)

    Good luck though. Any and all links I can find; I'll continue to post on.

    THEOWENKILLER- Then WHY is the response from customer service operators from Xbox.com or from their phone operators to "Go to the forums." Or what I got today which was "Go post that on the forums, and list everything so that our team has something to go
    from."

    Good thing you guys are here to keep correcting everyone.

    As for the messages: "It's the POINT of the matter that we expect NOT to get spammed on a GAMING console in a GAMING community."

    Thanks SO much for backing, and supporting your fellow gamers, and having positive support in forum entries.

    I actually just sat and watched your youtube video.....wow, obsessive!!!

    A couple of things to add, your post was not removed by enforcement or any one at microsoft, it was removed by a moderator for naming other users tags and linking spam addresses.

    The spammers are not gold members, they use free accounts.

    As always they send people here when they are sick of listening to them and want to clear the phone line.

    I suggest you call them back and explain the forum rules to them.

    I cannot support someone that refuse to follow forum rules.

    So glad when I look to see if the moderators are looking to message those of us that want this problem stopped have to swim through your BS to filter through to facts.

    (Which I posted by the way AT THE REQUEST of XBOX OPERATORS; but got taken down because some people didn't READ the entire post; and jumped to conclusions, or wanted to chastize me instead of reading the original post to get the WHOLE story; and that the
    information (Gamer tags and messages) were REQUESTED by Xbox so they knew who to contact in regards to this issue.

    Oh, and before you post about how your not a coward, or simply delete, or respond with "Stop" or "Unsubscribe"...I mentioned that in my previous post. (Note that it's on Facebook.com/) which was also tweeted to Mike Ybarra for him to read as
    well.

    But again ONLY at the request of Xbox. (So they know who is responsible.)

    That means over the course of 2 days you got the beep boop sound 4-5 times??

    Are you honestly telling me that is affecting you so badly that you are phoning support, posting here,on twitter,on facebook and making videos on youtube???

    The moderators are here to enforce forum rules, they do not work for microsoft.

    They do not need to read or judge your post, they just know its breaking forum rules.

    No one from microsoft will respond or act on any information you post here.

    THEOWENKILLER- I never intended to break the forum rules. I was doing as I was asked. I posted them at their request so they had the information. (That's why I copied it to my Facebook because I knew that it would most likely be taken down.) I KNOW the rules.

    I followed what was requested to me by 2, (not 1 but) TWO operators who were contacting enforcement about this matter.

    Belittling others posts isn't a good way to do anything. If you had read the ENTIRE entry; you would have read that I did it at the request of Xbox.

    (Please note that the operators I know personally who work in Austin actually care about their jobs, the ability to provide support, and our gaming community at large.)

    But again; you want to interject your negativity without taking a moment to grasp the entire situation, and the full measure of what is going on. Thanks for the support...again.

    The Xbox Enforcement team is supposed to monitor the forums. The moderators are here to make sure that no LEGAL lines get crossed. No cyber abuse, or bullying. (Thanks again for correcting me at every turn, and NOT being supportive of your fellow gaming
    community member.) This has NO bearing on THIS spam issue.

    YES I am annoyed when I am playing a game and my notifications show people messaging me when I am immersed in a game. (I'd turn those off if I wasn't waiting on someone, or a message from a FRIEND came through that I might be expecting.)

    So glad we have a rules lawyer trolling the forums. Hate to see anyone step out of line. Might actually let the truth of a situation out...

  12. The enforcement team do not monitor the forums.

    The mods are here to enforce forum rules not legal lines.

    Not sure why you have to keep insisting i have to support you, i simply do not agree with anything you are ranting, why should i support you?

    Surely you can tell the messages are not from your friends when the name pops up?

    Again, we are talking about a couple of times a day here, not every 3 minutes.

    Personal insults are not going to stop me pointing out your mistakes.

    I asked for support in a fellow gamer having issues, and wanting the issue resolved.

    Correcting me because you don't believe in my issue is derogatory, and counter productive.

    I only hope that you never have this issue, and that you are free of any Xbox issues in the future.

    Thanks for correcting me again.

    I can tell the messages from my friends, as well as those messages from those I don't know. It's the ones from gamer tags I don't know that are abusive, annoying, and harassing. That was the issue I wanted resolved, and have been trying to help and support
    other members on.

    Never once have I been negative about their issue; or corrected what they had to say.

    Maybe with all of your knowledge YOU should be a moderator; and make changes to customer support from within. I'm just looking for positive changes for our community, and that's all I have been after today.

    Yet you were always there correcting me, and putting down everything we have been told by the operators, as well as their supervisors. But you know better. You know all the rules. Thanks for pointing them out at every turn. I'm sure the readers have appreciated
