Spam Unfollowers problem

I posted a thread back in June in regards to this problem. There are users abusing the follower system, where they find your account and follow you and then unfollow you. Likely, they are using a software to promote themselves. I get this issue almost every
day. It seems like they track you through clubs that you are joined in, as well as the search for gamertag feature. I asked for suggestions on this, and i was told to report and block these accounts. Problem is that these suggestions given to me do not work.
There is no solution to this. Blocking these same accounts doesn't work. They somehow get unblocked and then they follow me once again to promote themselves. There needs to be a feature where i can disable getting followers by option. Reporting and blocking
does not solve this problem, because they get unblocked somehow. This will continue to get worse down the road. I should not have to turn off notifications either.
