    A group of people are sending me threats saying they are all going to report me until i get banned. I have photos and messages to provide as well. PLEASE GET BACK TO ME! (I was directed here from support both phone and chat)

    Reports are investigated before any action is taken.

    You wont get suspended unless you've actually violated the ToU/CoC in some way.In fact anyone who abuses the reporting tools risks being suspended themselves.

    Only things that happen on xbox live count,if you are being harassed on Facebook then you would need to take that up with Facebook,it's nothing to do with Microsoft or xbox live.

    Hi, just had a question about how someone threatening to spam report an account would be handled if the threat was conveyed on another platform than Xbox (messaging or parties), for example, through Facebook or some other forum.

    If an account was to be suspended as a result of spam reporting from one/many accounts, would there be any way to prove it was a result of an attack if it can be proven elsewhere (ex: screenshot, video, chat logs)? Saying this preemptively because I was
    threatened again by someone.

    You would need to file complaints on them via the console in order for the enforcement team to investigate them.

    As long as you have done nothing to violate the code of conduct, nothing will happen to you.

    it might help if you read the 1st amendment it will shock you makes me wonder why people invoke something when they didn't read it

    Private servers are.immune to 1st amendment

    If you read the actual test you will see why

    Congress's shall NOT make laws blocking freedom of expression or speech

    Note.there is.no.clause for.private servers or citizens or homes

    Basically anyone can kick you out of their home and you can't invoke it

    It.also.falls under the harm clause.

    You may not.infringe on others rights

    It doesn't matter who.starts the fight yiu may not violate the terms of use

    Just to make sure I provide the correct info to you, is this an Xbox Live suspension or is it a Call of Duty specific suspension?

    As per the ToU/CoC you agreed to you are not entitled to any refunds due to lost gold subscription time due to enforcement action.

    Not sure whats childish about this,you were found to have committed violations of the rules that you agreed to follow & are being punished for it,something else you agreed to when starting your account.

    Doesn't matter how many reports are filed against you,you will only be suspended if you have violated the ToU/CoC.

    No laws have been broken.

    For info on any enforcement action & to file for a case review you can go to the enforcement site here

    The enforcement team do not use the forums.

    Changes to Xbox Enforcement

    Spam reports do not work.

    In fact anyone spamming the report feature will get suspended for abuse of the reporting system.
