Spam Reporting - Outside Xbox

Hi, just had a question about how someone threatening to spam report an account would be handled if the threat was conveyed on another platform than Xbox (messaging or parties), for example, through Facebook or some other forum.

If an account was to be suspended as a result of spam reporting from one/many accounts, would there be any way to prove it was a result of an attack if it can be proven elsewhere (ex: screenshot, video, chat logs)? Saying this preemptively because I was
threatened again by someone.

You would need to file complaints on them via the console in order for the enforcement team to investigate them.

Spam Reporting

A group of people are sending me threats saying they are all going to report me until i get banned. I have photos and messages to provide as well. PLEASE GET BACK TO ME! (I was directed here from support both phone and chat)

Hi,

the system will know if someone exactly played with you, I don't think that random people can just report you. Report the person and message you received, I don't think you need to be worried.

I'm not the enforcement team but they would be evidence to ban/suspend someone, for example you sent a harassing/abusive message then that's ground for a suspension. if you didn't do anything wrong there is nothing to worry about. people cannot just mass
report I believe they have a system in place for that.

Reports are investigated before any action is taken.

You wont get suspended unless you've actually violated the ToU/CoC in some way.In fact anyone who abuses the reporting tools risks being suspended themselves.

Only things that happen on xbox live count,if you are being harassed on Facebook then you would need to take that up with Facebook,it's nothing to do with Microsoft or xbox live.

Basically anyone can kick you out of their home and you can't invoke it
