Spam Messages from bots

so I recieved messages from numerous people asking how old I am and a bunch of other stuff and it eventually leads to them sending a pornographic link. I know I can just block them but I just want to 100% that there not getting getting in to my account or
anything.

Make sure to not click the link and keep reporting & blocking them.

everytime you get a message like that just report him to let the moderators know the issue and ban those accounts

I myself have encountered a lot recently, looks like they are abusing free accounts, 0 gamescore, 0 friends all depicting the same basic message

Hi Michael,

If you report and block the bot accounts, the Enforcement team will take care of it. They do a good job at banning those accounts if they come around but since anyone can create a Microsoft account, I can imagine it would be very difficult preventing bot
accounts from being created. Microsoft includes CAPTCHA security checks when going through account recovery. This would be required by everyone though if included but would be the easiest way in preventing bot accounts from being created. You can go over to
Xbox Ideas and post something related to this idea and see what feedback you get.
