Space stone problems. Please help!

We have a green 2 tb external storage for our xbox called a space stone. Plug it in to the back of your xbox through a usb plug, and it adds storage space. It was working fine a couple days ago, with multiple games in it, but all of a sudden, when we plug
it in, it doesnt show the extra storage, almost as if it werent plugged in at all! Theres a light on the space stone that turns on when its plugged in, but it wont turn on. Is this a space stone problem, or a cord problem, and can we fix it some way that doesnt
involve buying a new one? Theres digital downloads on there that wont fit in the xbox itself that we want to play. Please help

Thank you for posting on the Xbox forums. We understand that the Xbox is not detecting the external hard drive. Which troubleshooting steps have you tried thus far? The article entitled, "Troubleshoot
external storage detection on Xbox One" contains solutions for this issue. Be sure to let us know the results!

Thanks, but unfortunatley it didnt work. I think theres something wrong with the space stone itself.😔 thank you though!

Also, its clearly plugged in and has power going to it, as it hums and vibrates as if nothing was wrong. The light still wont turn on though, and no extra storage is showing up.

Same. I am a item horder, so I can' t live without the steed stone. almost 700 inventory space and still max out every few missions.

Space stone problems. Please help!
