    I recently bought the Elite Pass for the Space Marine game. It allows me to reach level 5 in multiplayer instantly. But I'm still at the very beginning. My bank account shows the transaction took place and have re-downloaded it a few times but it isn't in
    effect. What could cause this?

    if you purchased your game in brazil but your account is set to a different region this can cause codes not to be accepted.

    Online multiplayer requires a Gold membership on your account. You're currently showing as Silver. This is more than likely the cause of the problem.
