South Park: The Stick of Truth censored in Europe

As Eurogamer article points out, most likely due to secure release in the German market.

I was only going to buy this game for the abortion mini games. Now I will have to re-think.

Fable Anniversary, South Park TSOT, Destiny, Dragon age Inquisition and Batman Arkham knight. Already got the first two both great games

I agree, it's not good having games censored, but while it is annoying it's only about two and a half minutes worth, I would suggest looking into seeing if you can get a region free version.

What is sad about this is the countries that don't pay much mind to this such of thing get's caught in the censor system. Most of Europe has a much more liberal view of many things, so having a couple of countries dictate this sort of thing, is simply sad.

The least surprising part of the entire article is the fact that it's also censored in Austrailia. I'm fairly sure they don't allow anything that isn't fluffy kittens and rainbows.

 

I was rather surprised to see stuff getting censored. I mean, damn, it's a South Park game! At least it's a very small amount of stuff in what should hopefully be a pretty big game.

 

The german version will be censored even more, so it's not done for Germany. It sucks , but meh as long as the game is fun right?
