    smwutches is incorrect I have people on my friends list who have it already as well as the ubisoft forums state that you should get it as soon as you pre order it

    Originally that was the case, but the Xbox store was updated shortly after the became available for preorder. That is why some people have been able to download it already. The terms of the offer have been updated on the Xbox store since then.
