SOUTH PARK : the stick of truth (XBOX ONE)

Hello,

I have pre-ordered south park : Fractured but whole on Xbox ONE like some of my friends. They were all able to download
South park : the stick of truth that comes for free when you pre-order the sequel. The problem is that It doesn't let me load it. It tell's me
``coming soon`` where the download button should be . Ten minutes after pre-ordering it my friendS were able do download it. It's been 24 hours for me and still noting. Is this normal and how long will it be until it unlocks?

Are you trying to download South Park: The Stick of Truth via your Xbox One console or through the

Microsoft Store page? If the website is still saying, "Coming Soon" please try searching for the game on your Xbox One console to see if you are able to download it there.

Give that a shot and let us know if you still can't download the game.

 

Still no way to download it It's written ``coming soon`` on my Xbox one as well...

you will receive access to South Park: The Stick of Truth at the launch of The Fractured But Whole:

Additionally, we were able to confirm this via Ubisoft's store page as well.

That's not true staffer. My nephew is in the same situation. The stick of truth says coming soon instead of download or install. There are people playing it right now , and some of them are on my friends list and I asked how they are playing now and they
all said they got it free by pre-ordering the fractured but whole. Can you please look into this for us? Ask a supervisor or something, please.

 

Have you actually been charged for the game? If you preordered using a credit card then you won't be charged until closer to the games release. So you won't have access to the Stick of Truth until then.

 

Not true smwutches. How do you explain people playing it now? Did you read my post? I asked several people how they got it and they said, "I got it free because I preordered the fractured but whole." Do you think they paid by check? Of course not. They said
they got it from the xbl marketplace. Which is where Darkfighter and my nephew should be able to get it, but the install button is missing. So it must be an issue with the store on that page. Please M$ fix the missing button on the stick of truth page.

 

With the last update to the store it changed how preorders are done. If you preorder by credit card, you're charged closer to the release date. If you preorder with your Microsoft account balance, you're charged immediately.

just threw 100 gift card on my account and pre ordered, no stick of truth download

 

Apparently, smwutches doesn't know what he is talking about. Figures, another know it all on the internet, that doesn't know what he is talking about. I cancelled my preorder from my credit card and bought some gift cards and pre-ordered again. Of course
there is no change, the stick of truth page, it still says coming soon, while my friends play it. Can MS please fix that page! The install button is still missing!!!

This is still happening to me now - I even spoke with a customer service representative who said that if I used a gift card to purchase the game than I should be able to download Stick of Truth. I canceled my previous order, purchased a gift card, used it
to pre-order, and now it's been 24 hours and I still cannot download Stick of Truth....both the xbox one store and microsoft store say "coming soon"
