South Park: The Stick of Truth - Sound Issues

I'm really enjoying this game, but I've encountered:

• a bug where some of the music and sound effects do not play during the opening cutscene.
  
• a bug where at the very beginning of the game, when first being introduced to the player's character, the sound bytes are slightly delayed.
  

I've not experienced any other issues so far, sound or otherwise, but will report if I find more. Thanks!

I've filled out the survey via the link provided, but I got no reference number or anything of the sort. Was I supposed to get one?

 

You are not supposed to receive one, BigPrimeNumbers. That survey is sent to the appropriate people by my team, the Forums team, so that they can look into it further. The only way that a customer sees what changes are done is when a game is updated.

I do suggest that you reach out to the developer so that they understand the situation you're running into, as well. I checked out
Obsidian's support page for the game, and found a few things. Their FAQ didn't say anything about it, but if you would like direct support for it, they suggest reaching out to
Ubisoft for further assistance. You can also post on their

Community Help Forum. Hopefully they are able to help you out further.

If you get nowhere with Ubisoft or the forums, I suggest L:
emailing Obsidian directly. They may be able to provide more insight for you. Hopefully that helps you out. :3
