South Park: The Fractured but Whole Pre-order Bonus (not received)

Hello,

I have recently pre-ordered this game due to the fact that you also receive the prequel of the game for FREE on Xbox One.

It has been a few days now and still I do not see an option to download South Park: The Stick of Truth on my Xbox One as well as on xbox.com

On my Xbox, when I select the game, it reads: "currently not available" where the download or buy option should be.

Any help would be much appreciated.

Yes, I am actually. Do you think it might have to do something with that?

 

Yes. It's due to changes in the store as part of the preview. If you have access to the preview forums, you can read more about the issue here -

forums.xbox.com/.../2177954.aspx But basically it's because you haven't been charged for the game yet.
