    If you pre-ordered on a console in the preview program then it is a true pre-order. This means you will not be charged for the game until 10 days or less before its release at which time you will be able to download the Stick of Truth from the marketplace.
    If you have any further issues please post in the
    Update Preview Forums.

    why are other poeple on xbox one have the stick of truth. And they have performer the game. It should be given to all that pretty ordered the game.

    The game became available for preorder just before the preorder system changed for Xbox games. Originally the game would be available immediately, but it has been changed so that you will get the game at launch (as noted in the game's description).
