    I purchased the South Park Fractured But Whole gold edition game with season pass today and I have not been able to download South Park Stick of Truth game for free as stated in the promotion. What is the best way to solve this issue? Thank you so much
    for your help, support, time and patience with this matter, I greatly appreciate it! And you all are awesome for everything you do to help the xbox community! Thank you for everything!

    Hi

    I preordered the gold edtion of The Fractured But Whole, but am unable to download the free copy of The Stick of Truth. I have spoken with support a couple of times now, and the final time someone has advised me to post onto here for assistance.

    When I search for Stick of Truth in the Marketplace, I can see the game, but there is no option to download, install or manage the game.
