I preordered the gold edtion of The Fractured But Whole, but am unable to download the free copy of The Stick of Truth. I have spoken with support a couple of times now, and the final time someone has advised me to post onto here for assistance.

When I search for Stick of Truth in the Marketplace, I can see the game, but there is no option to download, install or manage the game.

 

You won't receive a code. You should just be able to download it for free from the marketplace.

 

It sucks that we don't get a code. I already own SoT and wanted to give the code to a friend so they could finally play it...

 

It says it is not available for me on the marketplace.
