South Park Pre-order

Hello,

I purchased South Park: The Fractured but Whole on September 25 and have not received a copy of The Stick of Truth. I was under the impression from the Ubisoft webpage that I should have gotten a code for it almost immediately.

Missing pre-order reward codes

Hi, I never recieved the pre-order reward codes for:

"South Park, Stick of Truth" from my pre-order of "South Park, Fractured But Whole"

and

My pre-order reward code for "Dishonored" from pre-ordering "Dishonored 2"

Is xbox offering a free copy of South Park the stick of truth with the pre-order of the new South Park game?

 

If you were charged already for the preorder you would have received Stick of Truth. However if the Store has not charged you yet, it will shortly before the games launch. Then you will receive the game. Check your purchase history to be sure.

 

If I remember correctly, when I pre-ordered, I was able to download The Stick of Truth without a code as it's part of a bundle. Have you tried going to the listing for the game in the Marketplace?

bowski477,I don't think that's accurate that you can't download it until your card gets charged since someone I know already got it and HyruleBalverine said they were able to download it.

HyruleBalverine, I did try to go directly to the store and download it but was not able to.

 

Slight addendum, I just checked again and The Stick of Truth doesn't show up as a bundled item. It says "Coming Soon" with no option to buy/download.

 

I believe if you use a credit card the charge doesn't go through right away. If someone uses MS currency already in their account it is taken right away thus they would receive Stick of Truth right away.

 

Bowski is right. You will not receive the game until your pre-order is charged, which will not happen until 7-10 days before release. You will NOT receive the game until then. People who already have it have it because they pre-ordered the game before the
policy for pre-orders changed.
