South Park pre-order not working?

Pre-ordered the new South Park game but i can't download the Stick of Truth like it said I would be able to. In the store it says not available, and the 360 version can only be purchased. Is the xbone version not out yet or is something messed up?

Missing pre-order reward codes

Hi, I never recieved the pre-order reward codes for:

"South Park, Stick of Truth" from my pre-order of "South Park, Fractured But Whole"

and

My pre-order reward code for "Dishonored" from pre-ordering "Dishonored 2"

UPS just dropped mine off, pre-order bonus code entered, installing and then it's South Park here I come

I believe if you use a credit card the charge doesn't go through right away. If someone uses MS currency already in their account it is taken right away thus they would receive Stick of Truth right away.

bowski477,I don't think that's accurate that you can't download it until your card gets charged since someone I know already got it and HyruleBalverine said they were able to download it.

HyruleBalverine, I did try to go directly to the store and download it but was not able to.
