South Park Fractured But Whole Preorder issue

I purchased a preorder of South Park Fractured But Whole through my XBox One (I am currently in the preview program) it properly purchased and the preload shows in my library. However on the store page and on Ubisofts website it should have also let me download
South Park Stick of Truth but the option is disabled for me on the Xbox One nor did I receive a code of any sort.

I contacted Ubisoft support and they stated I should be able to install it immediately and referred me back to Microsoft.

I am unable to get access to it via the Microsoft site since I am on the Preview version of the store.

Any ideas on how I can get access to my game?

Hello, you will not receive a code since the game is already linked to your account (check that it is so at account.xbox.com/mygames ).

Also, at least with most games, you can't install yet because of the game not having been released or made available for pre-load yet.

Can you check the Ready to Install section of My Games & Apps to see if the game is listed there? If so, you can install it from there.

Francisco- this is not a problem with the preordered game but the free game that it is supposed to come with that should have unlocked on preorder.

Maxen-I checked this morning and it was not in my Ready to Install list

If you get a Page Not Found that would indicate the game's not available in your region. I don't know why that would be the case, but it's worth checking.

im not sure why you are linking him to the 360 version, but this is an issue me and a friend are having too, there is no option to download the game anywhere
