South Park and the Stick of Lies

So I preordered South Park: The Fractured But Whole, but can't get access to the preorder bonus of South Park: The Stick of Truth. The former is predownloaded, but the latter doesn't show up in my queue or ready to install sections. If I go to the store,
there's no option to install it - it just says "coming soon." Other friends are already playing it, so I know that's wrong. How do I get to the truth?

I can't download South Park: The Stick of Truth!

I'm not able to download South Park: The Stick of Truth after I pre-ordered South Park: The Fractured but Whole. It doesn't show in ready to download and on the game's page it say "South Park: The Stick of Truth is currently not available". Please help!

 

Have you already been charged for the game? If you haven't been charged yet, you won't be able to download the game until you are actually charged closer to release.

 

I bought 6 games recently - Battlefield 1, South Park TFBW, all 3 Bioshock games, and Gears of War 4. It appears only some of them have been charged. Why would it not be consistent?

 

It depends on how you pay. If you oay by credit card, you are charged closer to the games release. If you pay by Microsoft account balance, you are charged immediately.
