    Hello,

    I recently moved to south Africa had I had to do a region change so I could buy DLC for my games. So this Christmas my bro bought me a 300 Rand (south African currency) card which I redeemed. When I go to buy something it sais that I have no money in my
    account (I did the region change and redeemed the card properly because I did the exact same thing for my little bro and his worked.) PLZ HELP!!!

    fyi if you queue from the us marketplace while you have a south african account using the us websitr you are going to getthat error since your account is not us

    you need to queue from the south african website or much easier download from the console using your south african account

    so me and my friend were messing around with my account and we migrated the region to south africa. I recently purchased a 1600 code to put onto my account and it wouldnt let me. is there a way i can add points or purchase south african for my xbl account?

    YOUR account region must be pal or south African to download the content

    Hello, unfortunately since the account is migrated now you can't put the Microsoft Points you got for your other region onto your account. You'll have to purchase Microsoft points for the region which you changed your account to South Africa. There's no
    way to change the points from USA/UK/AUS to any other region unfortunately.

    Ok do you have a south African region account if not

    Then you will have to create one and then use the south African dlc codes

    All prepaid dlc codes are region locked and only can be redeemed in the same region

    If you are trying to purchase from the us website that would be your issue

    Then you would have to use the south African site not the us site
    What the store told you you have to take it up with them
