SoundCloud keeps crashing after a couple songs

The SoundCloud app keeps crashing after a couple songs (normally 6-7) and I don't know why. I started having this issue about 5 weeks ago. No matter if it's in the background or foreground playing music, it still crashing after a couple of songs. I listed
to playlists with 30+ tracks and tried both with or without random on, but it still crashes.

SoundCloud keeps crashing

When I play SoundCloud in the background, after maybe 6 songs, it crashes and it's annoying that I can only play a fifth of my playlist at a time. I always put it on shuffle and in the background like I mentioned. I can say that this is suprisiingly my first
problem for Xbox after having one since 2013.

Try Power cycle console, then if this doesn't help Redownload App -remove it an download again.

First, welcome to the Xbox community. I'm sorry you're having this problem.

I ask you to try the solution below, but before doing it, first, uninstall the SoundCloud application, then start the process below, please.

You can also hard reset the Xbox console and its cache. Here is how to do so:

Step 1. Press and hold the Xbox button on the console for at least 10 seconds to open the Power center.

Step 2. Then unplug the power supply from your console and wait for 3 minutes.

Step 3. Plug the power supply back into the Xbox console.

Step 4. Press the Xbox button on the console to turn it on again.

I think it's probably because most games are 6GB or more and most songs are about 10mb. Takes seconds to download a song, but it will take hours to download a game. Hours with millions of people all clogging up the network, most likely causing such a tax
on the servers that they will either turn the download for a couple of hours to a couple of days, or crash completely.

Why do people not not get this?

Hi Mister Beep.

Usually it used to take around 2 to 3 songs before it crashed. After making the change you described it now only plays 1 song then stops completely with no option to start playing again.
