    SoundCloud Is Not Working


    Before I start, I would like to say that I have an
    Xbox One S with over 200 GBs free. Now, the music playing app known as SoundCloud will not work properly. the first time this happened was on August 15th(two days ago) and when I launched the app there was a mouse like you would see in Microsoft Edge
    and the background was completely black. I uninstalled the app and redownloaded it and it started working again. I did have to redo my profile though. But as I tried to use it the next day it went black with the mouse again. I left my console on for 2 hours
    on that screen with no other game or app open and nothing happened. It stayed black and it seemed redownloading was the only way to listen to my music. It would be very annoying to redownload every time and
    I'm wondering if this is something to do with my Xbox or a problem with all Xboxes and the app itself. As I said at the start, I have an Xbox One S with over 200 GBs free And, I would like to know how I can resolve
    this problem.

    Pandora and SoundCloud can play background music as well.

    I would go for SoundCloud since there are ton of remixes over there

    My name is welcome to the community.

    Hello DaCarbonator, tried some procedure on Xbox how to uninstall the App and reinstall, and also reset the console?

    Try deleting the game and resetting the console by keeping games and Apps, and then install the App again.

    Press the Xbox button to open the panel.

    Select system > Settings > System > Console Information

    Select Reset console.

    Restore and maintain my games and apps.

    Rest assured, you won't miss games or saves

    Note

    -You need to know the email and passwords of your accounts when performing this reset.
