Sorry, not mobile app, using app on Xbox one. When I have my headset plugged into my xbox one controller, I press play it closes the app. When no headset plugged in it plays fine.? Please help Thanx

Just to confirm if we got your concern correctly, is the SoundCloud app crashes every time you plug in your headset into your hand set(mobile phone)? Please correct me if I'm wrong. Let us check on this together and have this issue isolated.

May we know if this is also happening on other music apps?

Is your hand set or device up-to-date?

When was the last time this is working fine? Or did you recently installed and app or update the device that might trigger this.

Have you tried using different headset? If you don't mind sharing, may we know what head set you are using?

Is this happening on other devices?

Have you tried uninstalling and reinstalling the app? Please backup files or data if applicable.

If this happens after an update on Xbox One Console, it would be best to report this to the Team Xbox.

Please use this link as guide or follow the steps below: Provide feedback to Team Xbox | Xbox Support.

In console, kindly go to Microsoft Store and install - Xbox Report a Problem app.

After, kindly launch the app then report the problem and provide all information you have shared in here.
