    SoundCloud Crashing on Play


    Hey folks! As you might’ve figured by my display name, I’m the musician Big Brother. I use SoundCloud just about everywhere, so I can listen to my work and the work of other amazing artists worldwide. SoundCloud has been suffering an issue on Xbox One X (as far as I know of) that the app will open and can be navigated hunky dory. But the moment a song is set to play, the app crashes. Is anyone experiencing this same issue?

    I’ve tried reinstalling, signing out and signing back in, restarting the Xbox, playing on a different account; but alas, to no avail.

    First, welcome to the Xbox community. I'm sorry you're having this problem.

    I ask you to try the solution below, but before doing it, first, uninstall the SoundCloud application, then start the process below, please.

    You can also hard reset the Xbox console and its cache. Here is how to do so:

    Step 1. Press and hold the Xbox button on the console for at least 10 seconds to open the Power center.

    Step 2. Then unplug the power supply from your console and wait for 3 minutes.

    Step 3. Plug the power supply back into the Xbox console.

    Step 4. Press the Xbox button on the console to turn it on again.

    Pandora and SoundCloud can play background music as well.

    I would go for SoundCloud since there are ton of remixes over there
