Soundcloud app issue

Try deleting the app and re downloading it

Have you tried uninstalling / reinstalling the app?
Uninstall Xbox One games or apps to free hard drive space

After uninstalling and reinstalling the app, if the issue persists, I would suggest reaching out to Soundcloud support.

Thanks and yes ive done this today and reset my xbox ive done some digging and found others with this problem aswell so somewhere there is a problem within the app itself

Yes ive already tried this and cleared my mac and reset console ive seen some.tweets on twitter with people with the same.problem. so there is a problem somewhere . And ive already contacted soundcloud support and they gave me this reply

Although SoundCloud's API is open source and free to use, we unfortunately cannot offer support for any third party app that uses it as we don't have the necessary knowledge of its usability nor control over its code so as to offer a fast and accurate
enough support.

Therefore we suggest you directly contact the support service of XBOX and let them know of any issues and error messages that you are getting.
