    Hi,

    So, possibly an unusual one here,

    I Have the Series X, and recently bought the Penrose X headset, as well as having the Steeseries 9x. It seems though theres an issue, as sometimes and for no teason i can work out, the soundbar loses sound after using these head headsets.

    Sound will come back if i turn them (the headsets) back on but is choppy and unwatchable, but if i switch it to a different sound setting (from dolby to 5.1) sometimes sound comes back but at a lesser quality.

    The only fix ive found for this is having to unplug all the devices then plug back in again, which is, as anyone can agree, stupid!

    Anyone have a clue whats happening and how to stop it?

    More headset and controller issue's

    I'm also having the same static issue with my soundbar. I've unplugged both my headset and soundbar to see if it would stop. Sadly the cracking and static still show up. I also tried a different soundbar and headset with the Same results. So it's nothing
    on my end and that the march patch is responsible.

    Audio Crackling has made a return with the most recent update.

    Same problem, no soundbar and happens with Home Theatre, Headset or my crappy tv speakers.

    Windows 10 also has the same issue, when navigating the desktop so its not new and its not soundbars, thats ridiculous.

    This is a microsoft problem.

    We need to know brand of TV, are you using a soundbar/receiver or headset? Is the soundbar/receiver connected via optical/TOSlink or HDMI? Thanks.

    Xbox One -> Dolby Atmos

    Hi There

    With you purchasing the soundbar that supports Atmos, the hardware will tell the console that it is supported (and you ahve changed your output method to Bitstream out, for the soundbar)

    As for the Headsets, Dolby requires that you purchase the Atmos app to enable atmos on the headset.
