Sound using streaming apps

Thanks for reaching out to the Forums for advice on how to hopefully get your music streaming apps.

I can totally understand how this could totally hinder your whole gaming experience.

I would say that if that is happening, you might want to try uninstalling and reinstalling the apps and/or the steps in our

Xbox One Game Freeze Solution (I know that those apps aren't games, but the steps there help clear problems that may be cause by problematic data being misread by the console).

When you get a chance, give those steps a shot and let us know how that helped.

There is no option for apps in the settings menu.

That last option worked once I got down the resetting the console. Thanks for the help!
