I play ESO and I'll eventually lose sound to the game but once I enter the Xbox menu I can hear the music of the game and I'll go back into the game it'll be complete silence again. It seems to only be Elder Scrolls so could possibly be a bug in the game?

    :)

if you are using hdmi cable or av ect.. i would try using another one to rule out the problem it is not just a split wire or anything under the casing of the cable.. also i would suggest going on to system setting and making sure that the audio setting are
right for the type of television you are using and also the cables too as all three different cables use different audio settings

Hi there L0sTSacrificez Sound problems :)

Sounds like it is a game bug. I have checked some of the Elder Scrolls' forums and some from Bethesda and there seem to be a lot of people complaining about this issue. I suggest contacting Bethesda directly to ask for a fix or just to report the bug. You
can do so here: Bethesda Support

Hope this helped Sound problems :)

    Sound Problems?

It's if you get injured, it makes you breathe heavy and then makes the sound quiet until you are fully healed.

@PaltryAmoeba564 I'd still like to get it fixed for you though if I can. Unfortunately the Xbox forums are going to be down starting tomorrow so please contact me via my Facebook profile linked in my signature or via email at *** Die E-Mail-Adresse wurde aus Datenschutzgründen entfernt. *** (Though Facebook
    is faster!) Thanks! :)

    Hey there,

Some apps such as YouTube do not support surround sound on Xbox One. If some games & apps work with surround sound, while specific apps do not, the best route to take will be to reach out to the developers of those specific apps to inquire about possible
    surround sound support.

    Hope this helps!
