    Sound problems


    Hey Xbox Support,

    I have a problem with sound.

    So after I'm listening to music on Spotify sound on all app disappears.

    When you open YouTube video there is no sound. Even when you try to play any game there is no sound. Every time Xbox need to be restarted so I can hear sounds from apps.

    Any ideas why this is happening? Any suggestions what I can do with this?

    if you are using hdmi cable or av ect.. i would try using another one to rule out the problem it is not just a split wire or anything under the casing of the cable.. also i would suggest going on to system setting and making sure that the audio setting are
    right for the type of television you are using and also the cables too as all three different cables use different audio settings

    It's if you get injured, it makes you breathe heavy and then makes the sound quiet until you are fully healed.

    Hey there,

    Some apps such as YouTube do not support surround sound on Xbox One. If some games & apps work with surround sound, while specific apps do not, the best route to take will be to reach out to the developers of those specific apps to inquire about possible
    surround sound support.
