    When I try to play roblox on xbox i cant hear any sound or music i looked at my xbox volume and in game but it was fine, i then switched to another game to see if others were affected but no, so i hard reset and it still didn't work. I don't know how to
    fix this

    It's if you get injured, it makes you breathe heavy and then makes the sound quiet until you are fully healed.

    Hey there,

    Some apps such as YouTube do not support surround sound on Xbox One. If some games & apps work with surround sound, while specific apps do not, the best route to take will be to reach out to the developers of those specific apps to inquire about possible
    surround sound support.
