    problem with the initial update on xbox one

    Sounds like a network or cache problem, go to the section titled "There was a problem with the update" and follow the steps in the link below.

    Hello. There is actually a different page that might provide you with better assistance, since you are having a problem with the update. If the updated doesn't get applied, then XBOX Live won't let you connect. So, although it sounds backwards, you may
    have to correct the update problem first. Check this page: support.xbox.com/.../system-update-help

    As a last resort, you can download and apply the update manually.

    yup i tried this solution but still no :(

    its strange... yesterday i was shutting down the Xbox with the Guide button when the Screen went black the Disc Drive worked really hard and was loud, like it would install a Game or something...i pushed the Power button a several of times and it stopped
