Discus and support Sound on Turtle Beach Headset in XBoX on Consoles to solve the problem; I have turtle beach headset... The sound cuts out or sounds statically... I have hard reset it...     I have turtle beach headset... The sound cuts out or sounds statically... I have hard reset it... Plugged it back into the xbox... All to no avail... Its driving me crazy... This is the only way I can play cuz people have to slepp when I'm playing.. So please
    help me...

    Its Turtle Beach, they break all the times. That is how they make their money. Time to go to your nearest Best Buy/ Gamestop and buy another pair.

    the sound quality of wired headsets are generally better but the higher end more expensive wireless headsets are pretty good these days, i have a pair of turtle beach stealth 700 and i love them great wireless headset but upgraded to the turtle beach elite
    pro 2 and damn is there a difference

    A standard xbox chat headset wont do game sounds you would need to upgrade to a Turtle beach or comparable headset
