    Good evening friends, sorry for my bad english. Well, it's this: on Friday I bought a headset to use in xone, and everything was working fine, until I joined a group by voice and everyone started complaining about the echo ... I tried to tweak the settings
    and Nothing changed, I was using a P2 adapter (which transforms 2 into 1) and I thought it might be giving interference, ok. Today, Tuesday I changed the headset and picked up another model, with only one P2 input and it continues the same thing, the sound
    I hear on the headset comes out in my microphone, and ends up creating an echo in the conversations. I tested it with another handset I've always used from JBL and I've never had that problem, well, today it was. Does anyone know what can it be? Any setup
    to do? Thank you

    headset not getting any sound

    Xbox One Microphone Issue

    It is kind of difficult to explain (unless this is a common issue) but ill try my best. All yesterday my xbox one microphone was working but now today i turned on my xbox and was talking in a party through the kinect for about 20 mins. Then I went to plug
    in my microphone and when I did the volume button and mute button were working but there was no sound coming through or out of the microphone, it was still going through the kinect. Which means I know the microphone is on but it's not actually working.

    The reason you they didn't come out with it before for headset is cuz a microphone just takes in sound. A Kinect takes in sound then translates it into a command

    Hello Nick, when it comes to Microphone and sounds like this can be a lot, the microphone plug can have a bad contact, the microphone input on the PC, drivers not only the microphone but the sound card can also affect, lack of system update, be it Win 10 or 11.

    For clarity, are you experiencing audio issues with the sound coming into your headset, the sound coming out of your mic or both?

    Can you verify that the app you are using is utilizing your headset's microphone and not another source (ex: webcam microphone, laptop microphone, etc.)

    You can change you default input device by following the steps below:

    - Open you Settings

    - Select System

    - Open Sound

    - Navigate to the Input section

    - Select your device under the "Choose a device for speaking or recording" drop-down

    While in this section, you can also try selecting Input devices under the "Troubleshoot common sound problems" in the Advanced section.
