Sound Is Out Of Sync When I play Diablo on Xbox One

As in the title. When I play Diablo 3 - Ultimate Evil Edition on Xbox One, I notice that after a certain amount of time playing the sound becomes unsynchronised with an action on screen. I can demonstrate this by going to the menu and navigating through
the various tabs or items. The sound of going from one tab to another, or 1 item to another is delayed after the action occurring. This problem also seems to transition on to the Xbox One dashboard and other games after I turn Diablo 3 UEE off. Navigating
around the dashboard, having turned Diablo off will result in the same unsynchronised sound when navigating through the various tiles on the dashboard. I also noticed this to be the case when I turned Diablo off and went on to Killer Instinct, only to find
that the sounds of the various attacks and hits are out of sync with the action.

This issue does not present itself on any other games, whatsoever. Only Diablo 3 UEE.

Anyone else notice this?

XBOX DVR records clips with sound out of sync

I also have this problem with my console alot of the time its mostly no sound at all rather than out of sync .. from what ive been experiencing when i hard reset it brings the sound back up on recordings but then i gota hard reset again for the sounds to
be in sync .. when i power down my console on INSTANT ON and leave the power on all night and day i can turn on the xbox and the videos are still in sync

Its when i turn the power off from the mains or use ENERGY SAVING MODE and turn the xbox back on everything is back to being out of sync or even no sound at all .. out of 5 of my friends who have xbox im the only box affected y this plague .. anyone got
any ideas?

 

Game DVR "record that" audio out of sync with the video.

One thing I've found out is this.. Clips that are out of sync when I view them on my Xbox One are not out of sync when I view them from my profile on the Xbox website. This issue is most likely due to the Xbox One video codec.

 

Not me. Everything's fine. If you haven't already, do a hard reset and see if that fixes it. Any time I have weird issues a hard reset always fixes it... so far anyway.

 

@ Spud 72 - I did this when I first noticed it. When I reset the console the problem disappears. The problem only presents itself when I play Diablo 3 UEE. The sound always becomes unsynchronised after prolonged play, and exists, like I mentioned above,
long after the game has been closed. The only remedy for this peculiar situation is to reset the console. This shouldn't be happening in the first place.

I'd like a support rep to raise this problem with the appropriate dept, as I have attempted to contact Blizzard regarding their software, but was told that problems with console versions of their games would have to be dealt with by Microsoft or Sony respectively.

This problem only occurs when I play Diablo 3 on Xbox One. Playing any other game does not cause this issue to occur.

 

True, it shouldn't be happening in the first place, but it's a new console generation that is still working out the bugs. I don't like it either, but I get it.

That being said, if it's only happening with D3, personally speaking, the next thing I would do is an uninstall and re install. I would just make sure that during install I wouldn't play the game until it has completely finished installing.

My experience with this gen of gaming so far has shown me that any time I start playing any new game while it's still in the middle of installing, I inevitably run into to some weird issue with that game somewhere down the line.

Things like constantly repeating the same check points and never being able to progress or never ending loading screens of one particular map(to the point where I have to turn the console off and back on to play that game again), save problems. Stuff like
that I usually was only able to fix by an uninstall/re install. Now I don't touch a game until it's completely done installing everything it needs and I haven't run into those types of weird issues since. Unless you've already tried that also, then I really
have no other ideas for you. Good luck.
