Sound in Roblox Xbox Edition has no sound

I was playing Phantom forces on xbox roblox and when i left the game robloxs menu screen didnt have a song in the backround even though its always playing the song i joined a different game on Roblox, no sound. I checked xbox and roblox's audio settings,
the volume was at max. So was my tv, i still heard nothing. When i use every app/game on my xbox. It had sound except for Roblox, i don't know what to do, please help.

please try the manual power cycle steps like mentioned on the following link, be sure to wait at least 60 seconds before powering on again:

Before we try any different solutions, please uninstall and install the game again, as you said it is the only game with this problem. If you have already done the uninstall proceed with the solution below.

Step 1. Press and hold the Xbox button on the console for at least 10 seconds to open the Power center.

Step 2. Then unplug the power supply from your console and wait for 3 minutes.

Step 3. Plug the power supply back into the Xbox console.

Step 4. Press the Xbox button on the console to turn it on again.

It sounds more like a Roblox problem than something with Microsoft. Have you tried reaching out to the Roblox developer?
