Sound goes out when using the capture button.

If you haven't already, I'd recommend taking a look at Troubleshoot sound on your Xbox console | Xbox Support article as it contains some solutions regarding the sound issue.

When i open the home button to take a screenshot, it doesn’t work. And when using the capture and share tab it doesn’t work when i click on the capture screenshot button.

Im using a usb drive and i record clips all the time. It works fine when online because the capture tab isnt greyed out.

But when I’m offline, the achievements, friends, capture etc. Everything is greyed out and i cant access the “start recording” button.

because when I plug in another power cable, it makes the small sound ding ding on the button to turn on the console except that it is not turned on when there is sound, then after several handling of the said cable when
I press the button it lights up white with the sound ding and after 5 seconds it goes out, the problem remains whole I do not know if it's the internal power pack or the cable

It goes away when a short sound is made, like notification or when u click on a button
