Sound faulty since update 8 Dec 2014

Discus and support Sound faulty since update 8 Dec 2014 in XBoX on Consoles to solve the problem; have not played console for a week. Turned on, updated, now no sound on dashboard or game .     have not played console for a week. Turned on, updated, now no sound on dashboard or game . But there is sound on the start screen. Any suggestions?

    I updated to the Premium version of TapTiles on Dec 9, 2014 .... sent you a message on Dec 10 of my problem - not able to play TapTiles "DASH" - .... sent you all the information you asked for ... and now haven't heard from you since Dec 19, 2014. It's
    now Jan 12 and still not able to play the game I paid for a year subscription.

    I'm wondering if my subscription will be extended the amount of time it takes to get this fixed?

    5,315 stuck displayed GS

    GS Leaderboard score and rank not updating

    Achievements not sharing to my feed automatically (have to share every achievement manually)

    Recent achievements page not updating past 12/8
