    Sound cuts out when switching apps.


    Hello,

    When switching between apps or games the sound on xbox one suddenly cuts out. I tried switching hdmi port, new wire, I checked all my sound settings. Restarting the app helps, so does restarting the tv. It's really annoying to do it every time though. It
    started sometime around the last update, but I'm not sure if that's the problem. I did buy a cheap tv this year, it's a black Friday special hisense. But, this doesn't happen unless I'm on the xbox one. Any suggestions would be appreciated. Thanks!

    Controller port broken

    This happened to another one of my controllers when I plugged in my turtle beaches, then all I hear is static then they cut out, switching the sound to the tv, why is this happening? I'm careful with every controller...

    Sound cuts out????

    I'm having similar issue and only on the xbone. I have a 360 and ps3 which are working fine but xbone seems to lose bass signal every 2-3 minutes for half a second. Doesn't sound like much but it's frigging annoying. Happening on both games and blu ray.

    It only started happening since the update on the 5th of march, never happened before that

    Does the sound cut out temporarily or altogether? If it's the former, I've experienced this myself and it's usually with games that run with HDR since it resets the image when I go from the game to my dashboard. The audio makes a brief beep sound but then
    resumes as usual. However if your issue is losing sound altogether then that could be something else...

    Series S weird sound issue

    sooo it appears I may have figured it out. I have a Samsung tv. It just did an update the other day. And it seems the switch in and out of game mode automatically, is causing the sound issue. I turned off the auto game mode switching and left the game mode on permanently, and now the sound doesn’t cut out when changing games or apps. I am curious if anyone else with a Samsung tv is experiencing this

    Hi, I hope you're doing great out there. I am an Independent advisor and I am here to help you in regard to your concern.

    To fix this, please perform a power cycle on your console by following the steps below:

    POWERCYCLE CONSOLE​​​

    ​​​

    1. Turn off your console by holding the Xbox button on the front of the console for approximately 10 seconds. The console will turn off. ​​​

    2. Turn your console back on by pressing the Xbox button on the console or the Xbox button on your controller. ​​​

    If that didn't work resetting the console keeping games and apps will be the next option. Don't worry because as long as you're connected to Xbox Live your saved progress, games, will not be deleted. It will remove all of your accounts but you can add all of them later on.

    Press the Xbox button to open the guide.

    Select Profile & system > Settings > System > Console info.

    Select Reset console.

    Reset and keep my games & apps.

    Try checking the sound settings on the xbox

    Also does it happen on any other games because it might be just that one game
